Pip & Wilbur will gladly exchange or refund items purchased in-store within 7 days of purchase with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state: label attached and in good order, unaltered, unopened, safety-sealed.
Pipandwilbur.ca shipped merchandise may NOT be returned or exchanged.
All returned merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Final sale merchandise purchased in-store will be clearly marked at the time of sale. No exchanges or returns on final sale merchandise. Personalized orders are final sale.

Returns can be made in person to Pip & Wilbur Artisan Olive Oil and Vinegar Tasting Bar Inc., A06-1091 Chemong Road, Peterborough, Ontario K9H 7R8 within 7 days with the original receipt.
For refunds we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Pip & Wilbur offers a one time only price adjustment on items purchased at REGULAR price within 7 days of purchase with your original invoice.
From time to time we may run promotions where a price adjustment will not be available and we retain the right to refuse a price adjustment.
